During the week of 8-12th July, Psalms came in to deliver reflection and meditation to Religious Studies and Ethics classes. The Conference Room became twelve 'reflection and thinking' stations, which students worked around in pairs. Students contemplated twelve big life questions, such as 'What are you thankful for?', 'How do we overcome challenges?', 'What problems are there in the world?' and 'How can we cope with our grief?'. Each station had a different activity including a sandpit, an exercise bike, a meditation tent, a massive blow up globe, an illuminated track and a ball swing. Students were able to think and 'reflect about life's challenges', and feel calmer and more relaxed by the end of the session.
