June 2026: Maidenhill has met the Expected Standard in every expected area, with Safeguarding standards also fully met

Inspectors describe how “a sense of warmth defines the Maidenhill School community” and say that “the school’s culture is based on warm and respectful relationships.” They also found that “a sense of togetherness and warmth permeates the relationships between staff and pupils,” creating classrooms in which pupils learn calmly and respectfully. This is reflected in pupils’ own experience of the school: inspectors found that pupils “feel happy, settled and safe,” that they “understand and embrace the school’s values” and that they “trust staff to keep them safe.
